Little Sprouts Daycare LLC Referral Program

1. Eligibility

1.1 Open to All
Any individual may participate in the Referral Program by referring new clients to Little Sprouts Daycare LLC (“the Company”), provided that:

• The individual making the referral (“Referrer”) is at least 18 years old.

• The Referrer is not the owner of Little Sprouts Daycare LLC.

• The Referrer is not themselves.

1.2 New Clients Only
A “new client” means a family or individual that has never received care from Little Sprouts Daycare LLC in the past. Former or returning clients are not considered new and will not qualify for a referral reward.

2. Referral Submission Process

2.1 How to Refer
Referrals must be submitted before the referred family signs an agreement with Little Sprouts Daycare LLC. To refer a new family:

• Email: Send the referral’s full name and phone number, plus the Referrer’s full name, phone number, and mailing address to:

2.2 First-Come, First-Served
If more than one Referrer submits the same family, the first submission (based on the date and time the email or text is received) will be deemed the valid referral. Little Sprouts Daycare LLC will notify any subsequent Referrer that another individual has already referred that family.

3. Award Criteria & Amount

3.1 Reward Amounts

• Full-Time Client Referral: $150

• Part-Time Client Referral: $50

3.2 No Cap on Referrals
There is no limit to the number of referrals a single person can make, although rewards will only be paid out for valid referrals that meet the eligibility criteria and for which the daycare has space available.

4. Conditions for Reward Payment

4.1 Trigger for Reward
The referral reward will be paid to the Referrer after the referred family has paid and completed their first and second month’s tuition at Little Sprouts Daycare LLC.

4.2 Enrollment Duration
The referred family must remain enrolled for at least two consecutive months. If the referred family terminates their enrollment or fails to pay the second month’s tuition, no referral reward will be issued.

4.3 Payout Method
Rewards may be paid by check. The Referrer must provide a valid mailing address to receive the reward check.

5. General Terms & Conditions

5.1 Privacy & Consent
By participating in this Referral Program, the Referrer confirms that they have permission from the referred family to share their contact information with Little Sprouts Daycare LLC. All personal information provided will be used solely for the purposes of referral tracking and communication about enrollment.

5.2 Tax Implications
Referral rewards may be considered taxable income. It is the Referrer’s responsibility to determine any tax liability that may arise from receiving a referral reward and to report it in accordance with all applicable laws. Little Sprouts Daycare LLC does not provide tax advice.

5.3 Right to Modify or Cancel
Little Sprouts Daycare LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Referral Program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. If the program is modified or canceled, the Company will notify participants via the email on file and publish the update on the Company’s website.

5.4 Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute related to the Referral Program (e.g., two people claiming credit for the same referral), the decision of Little Sprouts Daycare LLC shall be final and binding. The Company may require additional information or proof from the Referrer or the referred family to validate a claim.

5.5 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
